Our core team brings more than 40 years of experience in group sales, marketing, operations, and event management, working for the local government, a variety of luxury hotels in Punta Cana, and top DMCs around the world. We also collaborate with local partners to extend our national outreach, complement our services, and match our clients with the best providers according to what they need, while maintaining the highest standards of service.

The Perfect Fit
Our team is a collaboration by a group of smart and influential “Dominicanas” with strong connections, negotiation skills, and a proven record of excellence. Together we bring more than 40 years of experience in M.I.C.E., and a list of certifications, including a CMP (Ana), and two CIS.
Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Patricia Perez-Sahin has been a true “Ambassador” promoting the Dominican Republic for most of her life. She got into the Travel Industry in 2001, working for the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic, where she became a pioneer for the development of the Meeting & Incentives. After a successful career working for the government, she continued growing her career in group sales working for luxury hotels, until starting her first business representing CVBs, and some of the best Destination Management Companies in the world.
After working with several DMC partners in the Dominican Republic, she realized that she wanted to do things differently and that there was a great opportunity for boutique DMC to emerge and elevate the experience for corporate groups in the Dominican Republic.
