Incentive winners were taken on a journey through the magical streets of Malaga. Known for it’s Moorish influence and Medeterranean climate, Malaga was the perfect backdrop for this program. Haute couture collections by Versache, Paco Rabanne, Dior, Balenciaga and Mugler were set as decor along with ninty-nine vintatge cars including a rare Ferrari 250 GT Special, with only four in the world.

The goal was the annual conference and incentive which included a number of business meetings, unique experiences, tours, thematic dinners and an epic Gala Dinner with entertainment productions. Deemed a memorable success by all participants!

NOLA DMC orchestrated a weeklong training conference in New Orleans for 200 top producers and customers. Overcoming language barriers, we provided Spanish and Portuguese translations for seamless communication. Our planning encompassed cultural immersion activities, logistics, and vibrant entertainment, including a memorable Second Line parade. Safety was prioritized, and feedback was collected for continuous improvement, ensuring a memorable experience for all.
