After clicking "Submit" a team member from GPS Destinations and Events will confirm receipt and follow up with an invoice for payment. Payments may be made by check, credit card or wire transfers. A $25.00 fee is added for payments received by wire transfer.

Q2 EVENT PRICING: Single (1) Event: $575.00. Three (3) Events: $525.00 each, $1575.00 total. Six (6) Events: $475.00 each, $2850.00 total Event packages must be use for events operating during Q2 and may not be rolled over beyond June 2021.

TERMS AND PAYMENT: By registering for events, your organization (herein referred to as Exhibitor) enters into a binding agreement with Impact Global Partner Source, LLC doing business as GPS Destinations & Events (herein referred to as GPS). Once registration form is received by GPS, the Exhibitor will receive written confirmation from GPS and an invoice for payment via credit card, wire transfer or check.

CANCELLATION: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If for any reason GPS Destinations postpones or cancels an event, credit will be given for future events in lieu of any refund. Should your organization (Exhibitor) cancel for any reason, registration payment will be forfeited.

INDEMNIFICATION: GPS shall indemnify and hold Exhibitor harmless against any and all liability imposed or claimed, including attorneys' fees and other reasonable costs and expenses, arising directly or indirectly from any act or failure to act by GPS or GPS's assistants, employees or agents, including all claims relating to injury or death of any person or damage to any property. Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold GPS harmless against any and all liability imposed or claimed, including attorneys' fees and other reasonable costs and expenses, arising directly or indirectly from any products or services provided by DMC, including all claims relating to injury or death of any person or damage to any property.

USE OF LOGOS/IMAGES/PHOTOGRAPHS: By confirming event participation Exhibitor authorizes GPS to use images and logos supplied by Exhibitor on behalf of your company for the purpose of marketing materials, displays, invitations, website promotion, advertising and any additional print or electronic materials required to promote events. Right to Photograph without compensation or consideration; we reserve the right to take photographs, screenshots and video at our events for purposes including, but not limited to, publication in newsletters, print media, via the Internet, social media and use in marketing materials.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION: These events are a collaboration between GPS and the Exhibitor. In addition to event registration and payment, exhibitors are required to secure the registration of one Qualified Meeting Planner (a PLANNER PLUS ONE) per registered event. Please note events are at no cost to meeting planners.
